The 5-minute rule

As you go about your day working with your computer, a new piece of software or any other technology you have or work with, and you become stuck, it’s a great idea to keep in mind  The 5-minute rule:

To implement this time-saving rule, I recommend getting yourself a small notebook you can keep handy so that you can write down what it is you are having trouble with. After 5 minutes of trying to accomplish something with no results, stop the task at hand, and write it down.

Next, give me a call at 415-779-4220 and let me know what you are having trouble with, it’s okay to leave a message if I don’t pick up I will get back to you as soon as possible.

Then move on, this stuff is not always intuitive, and it doesn’t make sense to lose your valuable time on something we can get you through together easily!
