If you are having trouble with your Apple or Windows computers or any other technology for that matter and you don’t have the time or it isn’t practical for me to make a house call, a great solution would be for us to schedule a Remote Computer Support Session on the appointments page.
As long as you have a connection to the internet, I will reach out to you remotely wherever you are on the planet, to resolve your current software issues or training needs.
This could be anything from needing to scan a document that needs to be sent out or attaching a photo or document to an email. It could also be as critical as removing malicious software, viruses or malware.
Whatever it is that you are having difficulty with at the moment, I’ll get you and your machine back up to speed quickly.
In order for me to help you remotely, you will need to purchase one of the following remote software licenses. The best value is the One-year license, but I also offer a Single Use license option if you just need your current problem solved and don’t think you’ll need help again for the rest of the year. For clarity, this is the cost for the software license used to help you, it does not cover any of my hourly service rates.
